Hi! I'm Meaghan

I'm a medical illustrator based in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Medical illustration is the pictures and graphics you find on the posters in your doctor's office, in scientific textbooks, and on some commercials.

I have specialized degrees in biological and medical illustration, which means I learned the same fundamentals as other illustrators and designers with the addition of science classes. My primary strengths are drawing and rendering, but I also have a keen eye for design, acute attention for detail, and a love and understanding of scientific and medical information.  

My previous work includes:

• Graphics featured in the Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology and the Journal of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons

• Collaboration with an international medical technology company
  on educational material for patients

• Illustrations featured in medical device marketing products

• Hundreds of didactic illustrations used in online practice tests to help medical and nursing students study for their board exams

• Educational illustrations for a fertility clinic
